45 mins: $145

Provider Travel

30 mins travel: $95 (maximum)

20 mins travel: $60

10 mins travel: $30

NOTE: Travel is charged one-way only from previous session / provider location.

Report Writing

Prep and Notes: No charge

Assessment: No charge (groups receive whole-group assessment). 

Progress report: $190

Group Sessions 

2 participants: $95 each/hour plus travel cost split

2 participants: $70 each/45mins plus travel cost split

3 participants: $60 each/hour plus travel cost split

4 participants: $70 each/hour  (includes travel)

5 participants: $55 each/hour (includes travel)

6 participants: $45 each/hour (includes travel)
