Our pricing is changing on November 24th, 2025. Below is the new pricing.

Hourly Rate: $156.16

Individual and Group Sessions

60 mins + 15 mins Non-Face-To-Face time*: $195.20

45 mins + 15 mins Non-Face-To-Face time: $156.16

*Non-Face-To-Face time includes, but is not limited to, note taking, assessments, preparation of repertoire, session planning, maintenance  of equipment, client communication, scheduling, and in some cases  booking and preparing studio spaces for sessions. This applies for every session.

Provider Travel & Non-Labour Costs**

30 mins provider travel plus non-labour costs: $78.08 (maximum)

20 mins provider travel plus non-labour costs: $52.05 

10 mins provider travel plus non-labour costs: $26.03

NOTE: Travel is charged one-way only from previous session / provider location. 

**Non-Labour Costs represent half of the total travel fee, and cover kms, road tolls, parking fees, and the running costs of the vehicle.
